Domestic mold: The mold leave in China for production, we call them as domestic mold.

Export mold: The mold should be exported to your plant for production, we call them as export mold

What kind of information you should offer for domestic mold quotation?

2D and 3D part drawing

• Plastic resin (we need this to specify the steel for mold manufacturing, if you do not know please let us know the function and use of the plastic product)


• Demand of the plastic product quantities  (we need this to calculate the mold layout )

What kind of information you need to offer for the export mold quotation?

If you are not very professional, plastic kindly offer following information

• 2D and 3D part drawing, sometimes 2d part drawing is enough for export plastic mold quotation. 


• Plastic resin (we need this to specify the steel for mold manufacturing, if you do not know please let us know the function and use of the plastic product)


• Demand of the plastic product quantities  (we need this to calculate the mold layout )


• Where the mold will be put into production, we need this to carry out what kind of mold stand you need.


• Injection molding machine layout(prefer)


• More information will be welcome

If you are very professional, please kindly  offer following information

• 2D and 3D part drawing , sometimes 2d part drawing is enough for export plastic mold quotation.

• Cavity layout


• Steel for core and cavity


• LKM standard, DME standard or HASCO standard mold base, if you need P20 for A,B plate of plastic mold base.


• More information will be welcome such as hot runner information, specify mold components etc.

If you have plastic product drawing but have the samples, please kindly offer following information

• We can design the product refer to your sample


• During the quotation, you can offer the part picture, part weight and resin type(if you do not know the resin type, you can let us know what the product used for)


• Before the mold manufacturing, we will have the samples to design the product


• Before the mold manufacturing, we will have the samples to carry out what exact resin you are going to use
