Injection mold lock block design





  • Injection mold lock block is to lock the A and B plate to protect the mold during mold transport and mold installation.

  • Injection mold lock block steel is S50C is customer did not specification.

  • Injection mold lock block should be design on the operator side

  • Design a threads holes on the A plate to fix the mold lock on the A plate during injection molding
