How to make plastic mold ?
A, First of all you should make decision to choose resin for your product
There are lot of resin. Such as ABS, nylon, nylon with galss fill, PC, PS, ASA etc, you shoud choose your resin according the function of the product.
B, You should choose steel for mold making
According your selection of the resin, mold life, injection machine, product drawing, then we can quote the price for the mold.
If your product request clear color, then you should choose ASSAB S136, NAK80 for mold core and cavity etc as these steel have high performance for mirror polishing.
If your resin is POM, PVC, then you should choose ASSAB S136, NAK80, 2083 for the mold core and cavity as these resin have corrosive nature.
C, Mold stand selection
If you need to move plastic mold to US to  produce the parts, then you shoud choose DME equivalent guide system mold base, this is customized in China by LKM or other mold base supplier. Also you should choose ejector pin, ejector guide pin and bushing, water connector etc as DME equivalent or same one, then you can replace the components in US in case of that you should replace them.
If you need to move plastic mold to Europe to produce the parts, then you should choose HASCO equivalent guide system mold base,  this is customized in China by LKM or other mold base supplier. Also you should choose ejector pin, ejector guide pin and bushing, water connector etc as HASCO equivalent or same one, then you can replace the components in Europe in case of that you should replace them.
If your mold base and components are different as DME, HASCO and LKM, they should be customized also, this is also no problem in Seasky Tooling Group Limited
