We think that high quality molds are from fine plastic mold design with rich experience mold designers and mold team, we have more than five mold designers with more eight years plastic mold design experience. Also most of our mold maker worked for the plastic mold making industry more than ten years. All of co-workers always share the plastic mold experience the each other regularly.

Before plastic mold design, we will do mold flow analysis to find the best solution to design the plastic mold. With mold flow simulation, we and our customers  rise above competitors who are not able to conduct the same level of validation before production.
Every mold drawings for export molds will be validated by customers' approval, then we can proceed the plastic mold making.
