We only use mold steels from qualified supplier in our plastic cap mold production, such as 718(h), 738(h), S136(h), S7 from ASSAB of Sweden, NAK55 and NAK80 from DAIDO of Japan and P20(FINKL ), P20HH(FINKL), DRX(FINKL), 420, 2311, 2312, 2344, 2767 from LKM etc.

We also make plastic cap mold with local mold standard to produce plastic cap, then we can use the most of common local mold components to make production plastic cap mold to produce plastic caps. Normally we use PP, PC, PS, ABS, PE, Nylon, PET, PMMA and Hips etc for plastic cap molding
